Five-year-old Frances suffers from Macrocephaly-capillary malformation (M-CM) a multiple malformation syndrome. February 29th is Rare Disease Day, so Friends of Frances are running to bring awareness to special people who suffer from rare diseasese and in support of the National Organization of Rare Diseases.
